Music.Multimedia.Management. is a two-year, interdisciplinary program created for the people who are interested in working in the production of international artistic events. The program covers six thematic areas designed in the form of online courses run by experts from around the world, as well as practical training and mentoring in Poland and Norway.
The project is aimed at: students, the graduates of art / music / humanities academies; the employees of artistic organizations who want to establish contacts, expand their knowledge, improve skills, retrain, independent artists who want to improve their management and production skills; aspiring art managers, art directors, programmers, curators, producers, designers and technicians.
We would like to invite everyone aged 18+from any corner of the world. One of the conditions for participation in the program is a good command of English.
The courses are free, but the number of places is limited. By completing an internship outside your place of residence, you can receive a grant and complete an internship paid by the organizers.
Meet the tutors – Joanna Napieralska
Joanna Napieralska is a sound director recognized in the world of film and music. In addition to scientific work, he runs a business under the name Sound Domain, which specializes in post-production and reconstruction of film sound.
She studied sound engineering at the AMiFC in Warsaw, in 1986 she received an MA in Arts – specializing in sound director in film. In 2005, she defended her doctorate in musical arts – specializing in sound engineering in film. In 2013, she received the title of habilitated doctor, and in 2018 the title of professor. In the years 1994 – 2006 she was an employee of the regional branch of TVP SA in Szczecin. Since 2001, she has been a teaching and research worker at the Department of Sound Engineering at the Fryderyk Chopin University in Warsaw.

In her professional work, he has collaborated with numerous feature films, documentaries and TV shows. She worked, among others, on "Dekalog VI" and "Dekalog IX" by Krzysztof Kieślowski, "Lawa" by Tadeusz Konwicki and "Escape from the Wolność cinema" by Wojciech Marczewski.
She is the collaborator of the Academy of Music named after Feliks Nowowiejski in Bydgoszcz and the State Higher School of Film, Television and Theater in Łódź.
She is also the author and scientific editor of textbooks, monographs and scientific articles as well.
