The project "Survey of users of the Philharmonic's streaming platform in Szczecin" is carried out by postgraduate students of User Experience. Design Psychology ”, which is run by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Sopot under the professional guidance of Kordian Klecha. ‘Fashion and trends come and go, but the essence remains the same: to understand the man for whom we create the product and to give him what one really needs. Therefore, the axis of our studies is the triad of problem → project → product, combined with psychology – this gives our graduates the knowledge, tools and methods to solve all the complex problems at each stage of the designer's work and in each of its dimensions."
This is another time since 2019, when we kindly ask you for your opinion regarding the activities of our Philharmonic.
We started with questions addressed to music lovers coming to us on the day of the start of subscription ticket sales. Then we adapted the programs of chamber concerts to the signals coming from the audience – this is how Family Sundays were created! Before the pandemic, we were lucky to ask Szczecin high school students about their favorite activities and associations with the Philharmonic. Finally, another survey allowed us to know your expectations about our online offer.
