Financial support from MKiDN

Various concerts are not the only activities of Philharmonic. It is also an everyday work of administration, technical team and the management of course. All of them are the elements of Philharmonic and they do their best to make it a complete puzzle. In order to make the work easier and more effective for all of the Philharmonic teams, to improve the sound of our orchestra and to widen the possibilities of our institution as well, the following items were purchased last year:

• baritone saxophone (for Big Band) Yanagisawa B-WO1;
• Western concert flute : Brannen Cooper model Brogger 14k;
• French horn: Engelbert Schmid model B/F/es;
• Trumpet in C: Yamaha model CHS 05;
• Also the technical and administration teams were equipped with transport boxes for the lighting items and computer hardware

The purchase of the instruments and other equipment necessary for further Szczecin Philharmonic development was possible thanks to Culture Infactructure programme.
The purchases were financed with the funds from the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. All the money comes from the Culture Promotion Fund and are guaranteed by the supplementary payment coming from gambling encompassed by national monopoly, according to art. 80 ust. 1Act from 19 November 2009 r. about gambling rules.
