Returns of tickets for cancelled concerts in March, April, May and June

All persons, who purchased tickets for concerts organized by the Philharmonic scheduled from 11th March to 30th June 2020, may return them.

Persons who bought tickets electronically via the filharmonia.szczecin.pl website will automatically receive a refund to the account from which the purchase was made. In case of any questions, please contact the Philharmonic ticket office by email: kasa@filharmonia.szczecin.pl.

Persons who bought tickets at the Ticket Office of the Philharmonic can return them only at the place of purchase. The returns can be made until 8th July and after the summer break starting again from August 2020.

On Thursday, 2nd July from 14:45-15:20, a technical break will take place at the Ticket Office, which will be closed during this time.
On Friday, 3rd July, the Ticket Office of the Philharmonic will be open from 11:00 to 17:00.
From Monday-Wednesday, 6th-8th July, the Ticket Office of the Philharmonic will be open from 11:00 to 18:00.

Throughout July from Monday to Friday, the helpline will be open at (+48) 539 949 454 from 10:00 to 16:00.

From 9th July, the Ticket Office of the Philharmonic and the building will be closed. We will inform you about the opening on our website and social media channels. Thank you for your support and understanding.

Summer break

Until now, July has constituted a month-long break from artistic events at the Philharmonic in Szczecin. This year, which has been filled with unexpected events and new challenges, the break will look slightly different. Throughout July and August, we will invite you to further Sunday meetings with music and online premieres.

The accelerated philharmonic machine never stops working. In addition to programming the new artistic season, planning subsequent concerts, administrative work, and this year related to the development of new safety guidelines and procedures, we dedicate summer to cleaning and conservation work every year.

We want to prepare the beautiful Philharmonic building for the new artistic season in which we will be able to host our music lovers. Therefore, work related to the replacement of carpets, painting or cleaning of inaccessible spaces daily, inspections and maintenance of stage equipment will begin soon. As every year, new life after oiling will also be given to parquetries and stages in both concert halls. We will also take care of the gilding in the Symphony Hall.

We have important months ahead, a new artistic season, new challenges, new activities. We want the Philharmonic to be an elegant, safe and encouraging place to be in. We will make it so, as we want the music, we all love so much, to give us joy and respite from everyday life, and the Philharmonic to sound good.
